Main duties of the job

We are seeking an admin assistant to join our team within the Therapies Department, based at SGH. The team is an established team of 9 and provides admin cover Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with many patients both face to face and by telephone. It would be ideal if you had an understanding of Trust booking systems but this is not essential as training will be given.

We are looking for someone to join our team working at least Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. We can offer flexibility with hours by working either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm. You will be based in the Therapies Department, B Level, SGH.
