We are recruiting a Band 3 Network Administrator to join the brand-new Strategic Network for Critical Care (SNCC), supporting critical care services across the whole of the South East of England.
About the Strategic Network for Critical Care
The SNCC brings together Adult Critical Care and Neonatal Critical Care Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs) across:o Thames Valley & Wessex (TVW)o Kent, Surrey & Sussex (KSS)
Across these areas, the network delivers seven core functions:Service Delivery o Resources o Workforce o Quality o Collaboration o Transformation o Population Health
About the Role
As a Network Administrator, you will work at the heart of our new virtual administrative hub, supporting the delivery of high-quality network operations.You will be:
o Part of a friendly, supportive core admin teamo Line managed by the Network Business Administration Managero Supported day-to-day by the Network Administration Officer
Your responsibilities will include:o Scheduling and organising meetings across the networko Preparing agendas, minutes and reportso Supporting the development of business cases, papers and network documentationo Maintaining efficient administrative systems and processeso Providing general admin support to the wider network team
Work will be shared across the hub based on your skills, experience and development goals.

1. Provide high quality administrative and project support to the network team.
2. Answer all enquiries from internal and external stakeholders courteously and efficiently, ensuring messages are passed to the relevant people.
3. Arrange meetings or events, liaising with other colleagues as appropriate to set a mutually convenient time/date. This may include the booking/arranging of a suitable venue, equipment, and refreshments. Coordinating papers as required.
4. Organise and prioritise diary appointments, re-arranging, when necessary, to take account of more urgent meetings/appointments as they arise, informing the manager(s) of any new, changes and urgent appointments.
5. Ensure meeting agendas and supporting paperwork are circulated to the relevant individuals in good time.

Previous admin experience is essential in this well-established complex network, and understanding of healthcare would be preferred but attitude and willingness to grow are just as important.

Ability to travel/drive across the South East of England will be essential due to the nature of the network.
