Main duties of the job

Youll have the ability to manage a large team and drive improvements in performance. Youll be able to provide flexibility to work shifts between 0700-1830 Monday to Friday throughout the year.

- Up to date knowledge of current under 5s curriculum
- Math and English GCSE/GSE (or equivalent) grade C or above
- Recent previous experience of working with 3 months to 5 year olds in a childcare setting
- Management experience within a childcare setting
- Excellence, up to date knowledge of Ofsted regulations and curriculum
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding processes.
- Experience of team managing and motivating a team

- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines within predetermined timescales.
- Ability to formulate solutions and act on own initiative
