Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our established Older Persons' Specialist Team (OPST) within Division B - Medicine for Older People.
The successful applicant will be joining a team of highly motivated, experienced, specialist nurses. The post will be based with OPST but working alongside the medical teams and ward & therapy teams to support patients over 80 who have complex health and social care needs.
This will be a permanent position working 22.5 hours per week.
