Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the nursing team on ward D2 (Heart Failure) on a permanent basis. D2 is a cardiology ward with a heart failure focus.

We are looking for individuals who are strong leaders and are highly motivated with excellent communication skills. The Sister's role requires a close working relationship with the multi-professional team to ensure that evidenced based quality care is delivered with compassion to every patient.
