Main duties of the job
We are excited to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Cystic Fibrosis team as Social Worker. We pride ourselves on developing staff and delivering high quality, safe and effective care. We can offer opportunities to develop within a supportive environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills and knowledge of Cystic Fibrosis disease and who can support our regional service with all aspects of social/psychological needs and deliver effective and high-quality social work
