Main duties of the job
An exiting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised individual to undertake the role of Phlebotomy Coordinator for our Pathology Phlebotomy team.
The main focus of the role is to provide day to day management and supervision of our ward based Phlebotomy team.

This role primarily covers our ward based Phlebotomy service but you'd be required to work collaboratively with the other phlebotomy coordinators to provide cover for our outpatient service.The role is primarily Monday to Friday but a degree of flexibility is required as the leadership team provide supervisor cover for weekends and some evenings.
The role requires day to day management/supervision of a roving ward based Phlebotomy team with focus on providing support and advice to your Phlebotomists.
You will approachable and have a excellent problem solving and communication skills and work with a wide range of professionals across both pathology and the ward environment.
