Job summary
Clinical Research Network (CRN) Wessex are looking for a number of dynamic and motivated Research Nurses or Research Allied Health Practitioners to join our Direct Delivery Team, based in Southampton, Portsmouth research hubs. This is an exciting opportunity to travel across the Wessex region as part of a dedicated new team, delivering NIHR health and social care research in a variety of health & care settings.

The NIHR has transformed research in the NHS. It has increased the volume of applied health research for the benefits of patients and the public, driven faster translation of basic science discoveries into tangible benefits for patients and the economy and developed and supported the people who contribute to applied health research.
The NIHR CRN is the research delivery arm of the NHS in England. It is led by a national coordinating centre and operates through 15 Local Clinical Research Networks (LCRNs). CRN Wessex is one of these LCRNs.
Please note the successful candidate must hold a current UK driving license and have the ability to travel across Wessex to support research across various destinations.

To fulfil this role it is essential that you possess a current driving licence and have access to a car to ensure you can support the Clinical Delivery Team in fulfilling research across the wide-reaching Wessex geographical region.
