The ultrasound department in the Princess Anne Hospital is looking for another team member to help us deliver excellent care to our patients. Our Ultrasound Assistants work closely with Sonographers, Nurses and other Ultrasound Assistants.

- weekend rotational cover for the early pregnancy unit- phlebotomy trained , or willing to be trained- drivers licence , must be able to get to community centres
This role is very patient-focused and service driven. As part of this role you will work in a variety of different areas within Princess Anne Hospital such as ultrasound, early pregnancy clinic, and post menopause clinic and occasionally in the Breast imaging Department when needed. This role includes working out in the community based ultrasound clinic at Bitterne Health Centre and hoping to expand to other locations. Candidates must be able to travel to these different sites as transport is not provided.A Flexible approach to working hours is essential as early evening until 6pm and weekend shifts will be part of the role.Full training will be given to the successful candidates.
