The Maternity Services provides newly qualifying midwives with an excellent, comprehensive induction and bespoke preceptorship package to enable career progression and development of midwifery skills, with a diverse population and highly renowned Fetal Medicine Department and Neonatal Department caring for babies with complex needs. Opportunities for preceptors to consolidate and focus their learning across the service are available to all candidates including clinical exposure within both low and high risk settings, as well as working as part of a continuity team.
We are seeking dedicated, motivated and flexible individuals who have a passion for midwifery. The successful applicants will be able to evidence professional integrity and an honest approach to embracing new and exciting opportunities and challenges that will become easily obtainable as they become an integral part of the Maternity team.
