Clinical Facilitator For Project Implementation

Job summary

We are seeking to recruit a clinical facilitator for implementation of projects for the Children's Hospital . This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership and change management skills . The post will involve representing the Children's Hospital at a national level continuing to develop and implement the National Pews Project . The post will involve carrying out audits, data monitoring and taking the lead for development of new documentation within the children's hospital. . As a clinical facilitator you will be working alongside staff to implement change and have a clinical presence . You will work closely with the education lead and the clinical facilitators for the Children's Hospital in delivering education and clinical support as required . You will work in close partnership with the band 7 team to maintain safe standards of care and clinical practice.
