An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established Staffing Hub Sister/Charge Nurse team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional nurse who is dynamic and has the initiative to enact change to promote the safe staffing agenda.
The successful candidate will have the confidence and ability to participate in meetings and link with various stake holders to ensure safe staffing is the bedrock of everything we do.

You will be a main point of contact for all staff within the Trust with regards to safe staffing by providing oversight and lead the staffing hubs operational function on a daily basis.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide information with regards to NHSP and staff available for allocation across the trust
- Provide regular reports (as indicated) to the Chief Nurse and others around the staffing position for the trust
- Receive and review information from workforce systems, temporary resourcing and HR on staffing gaps and availability
- Use Safe Care and other clinical systems to help audit our staffing position and potential safety challenge
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- You will bring with you significant post registration experience and knowledge of the relevant speciality
- Ward Management experience
- Ability to make clinical decisions and make necessary judgments
