Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and pro-active individual to fulfil the role of Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator within our busy Respiratory team. Your job role will mean that you will build a good working relationship with Consultants, Admin Team, Nursing Staff and external providers. You will need good communication skills, written and verbal, as you are dealing with patients face to face and over the phone.
The post holder will be joining the Respiratory Team based at Southampton General Hospital, Minerva House. The team consists of 12 team members. Working Monday to Friday 8-4pm or 9-5pm.
