Job summary

We have an opportunity in our Talent Acquisition Team for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join us in recruiting great candidates into key roles across our Trust's sites in Southampton. We recruit for 3,500 vacancies a year including anything from Nurses and Health Care Assistants to Radiographers and Phlebotomists (go on look it up).

Our Talent Acquisition team play a key part in keeping our Trust running. Our in-house team manage the full recruitment cycle from Advert to offer. You will be joining a large team with mixed experience at an exciting time of change.

We're looking for someone who's organised, has attention to detail and great communication skills. We are a fun and friendly team, committed to delivering outstanding service to hiring managers so they can focus on caring for our patients.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our recruiting managers as well as our candidates. We expect you to deliver a first class experience and provide recruitment guidance throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for c-ordinating each process smoothly from advertising vacancies to offers of employment in a timely manner to ensure we meet our targets and deliver the agreed (SLA) Service Level Agreements.
