Main duties of the job
As a Band 7 Principal Employee Relations Advisor, you will:
- Be care group aligned leading on complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice and guidance;
- Line manage a team of Senior Employee Relations Advisors however have oversight of practice within your reporting structure;
- Develop and implement policies that support a fair and inclusive workplace;
- Support managers in resolving workplace issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices;
- Drive initiatives that enhance the employee relations team and the service provided.
- Review casework and take steps to ensure the team operates a continuous and shared learning review process
