Job summary

Care closer to home is becoming integral to the future of the NHS and the Community Health Services (CHS) is at the forefront of this exciting journey. Working with our systems partners in creating collaborative ways to improve physical health care services, activities, and interventions in local communities, which need the needs of our patients in the places they call home.

If you are an established leader looking for a change or an aspiring leader looking for the next step in your career development, our Directorate of Planned and Proactive Care: Community Nursing is seeking you. We currently have a unique and exciting opportunity as we seek a Clinical Team Leader to fill a secondment opportunity for 12 months in our Community Nursing team in Eastwood, Nottingham West.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker/Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker/Health & Care visa.

Applicants requiring a Skilled Worker Visa can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship against the relevant criteria herehttps://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa
