Job summary
The Site Manager at Rampton Hospital will provide management and leadership for the entire site for specified shifts within an agreed framework across a 24 hour, 7 days a week ensuring key operational and clinical targets are achieved, maintaining patient safety.
The post holder will be part of the Site Management Team responsible for taking an on-site lead in operational issues working across the hospital and providing a visible presence in all patient areas.
You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to review, allocate, deploy and coordinate clinical qualified and non-qualified resources across the nursing pathway for Rampton Hospital across each shift throughout the 24 hour, seven days per week.

Major incident management leadership
Expertise in the operation of the e-Roster system in order to manage resources and plan for resource demands moving forwards.
