Job summary

An opportunity has arisen to lead and manage the day-to day operations and performance of the CAMHS Crisis Liaison team based at the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham and Kings Mill Hospital in Nottinghamshire.

The post-holder will oversee operational management and supervision of staff and support the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high quality and safe patient -centred care by developing relationships with key internal and external partners. With a clinical background and professional registration such as NMC, Social Work England or HCPC , the post-holder will work in close collaboration with the CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Operational and Clinical Leads, the Liaison Clinical Lead and Consultants. As an effective leader, you will communicate, motivate and inspire others to deliver excellent standards of care.

A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement performance systems and processes and to ensure that performance can be monitored against key performance indicators.

Main duties of the job

Oversight of the e-roster to ensure safer staffing to a service which operates in the acute hospitals 365 days per year 24/7.
