Job summary

We are excited to offer the opportunity for new support worker roles across the Nottinghamshire Mental health support team, which works alongside schools providing early intervention work and promoting mental health. We are co-located with CAMHS and have 1 full time post that will cover Rushcliffe location and 1 full time post that will cover Newark and Sherwood.

We are really keen to hear from people who have experience in working in a CAMHS setting or perhaps those who have worked with children, maybe in a youth worker capacity or as a teaching assistant.

Main duties of the job

Delivering workshops and assemblies developed by the team to groups of young people in schools around the theme of emotional health and wellbeing. There may be some promotional events and parents events within schools.

You may be asked to support with peer mentoring schemes that the team run in schools along with working on projects to support service delivery.
