Job summary
We are seeking to recruit to the role of Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator on a permanent basis to start in April or May 2025.
This post is focused on Rampton and is responsible for the coordination, design and oversight of recruitment processes and initiatives. This will involve overseeing and following up on recruitment actions on behalf of services across the Care Unit including having oversight of the overall recruitment position and taking relevant action/s to drive processes forward from recruitment campaign to induction.
We are seeking a candidate who can work autonomously, has excellent organisation and planning skills and who will work collaboratively with key teams and managers. You should have a specialist knowledge of recruitment and related HR matters and have the presence and energy to be the focal point of our recruitment activity.
The post has strong links and relationships with the wider Recruitment Team as well as Rampton Hospital Care Unit and the People and Culture Directorate.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, advising on recruitment matters and creating innovative solutions to recruitment issues. This will involve overseeing and following up on recruitment actions on behalf of services across the Care Unit including having oversight of the overall recruitment position and taking relevant action/s to drive processes forward. This role will be primarily focused on Rampton Hospital.
