Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity within Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust to come and work for us supporting our Clinical Team at City Central Local Mental Health Team within the Adult Mental Health Services Directorate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and forward-thinking administrative team. If you hold a typing or Word Processing qualification (or equivalent) and an NVQ level 2 in Business Administration (or relevant experience), are an organised team player with good communication and excellent customer service skills, we would love you to apply.
Where required, you will participate in the provision of a welcoming and confidential reception service to clients, staff and visitors.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a local administrative team. Provide cover in the absence of colleagues and where service demands, this may include cover at other sites.
To receive and make internal and external telephone calls from staff, service users / patients, members of the public and external agencies ensuring that messages received are appropriately signposted and actioned.
Maintain health care records including computerised systems and databases.

- Reception duties including monitoring patients & visitor attendance, dealing with telephone enquiries and incoming mail.
