We are seeking to recruit Band 2 Receptionists to join our fantastic Security department within the hospital to cover reception in the main Hospital and The Lodges building.

Interviews for this vacancy will be held on the 17 April 2024.

Please note this post does not meetskilllevel required for a Skilled worker visa. Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated receptionists to join our teams, in a challenging but rewarding role.

Therefore, applicants will need to:

Job description

Job responsibilities

To provide reception duties, taking phone calls, welcoming all visitors and service users to the hospital

Ensure the reception is welcoming and tidy at all times

Allowing patients to exit the building having checked the appropriate paperwork

Receive and distribute mail

Update noticeboards and posters as requested

Working alongside our Security Team to book contractors onto site, coordinating appropriate escorts, keeping the Hospital a safe and secure environment.

To work under the supervision of the Security Manager

Complete essential training

Participate in supervision and personal appraisal

Working over 7 days, including weekends, shifts covering 07:00hrs to 22:00hrs
