Job summary

An exciting role has arisen on a two year fixed term contract for an INW Programme Manager located within the newly formed Programme Delivery Team in the Planning and Partnerships Directorate. The post holder will work closely with key stakeholders across each South Notts and Mid. Notts Place Based Partnership and wider ICS to develop positive relationships across organisational boundaries in order to maximise influence and support.

Secondment opportunity for two years would also be considered. Candidates should seek agreement with their employing organisations if applying for a secondment.

Main duties of the job

To create and manage an over-arching Strategic Programme Delivery Plan using standardised reporting methodology and tools across the Trust / ICS / ICB, with responsibility for tracking, monitoring and supporting programme and project leads to deliver.

To provide comprehensive project and programme advice, guidance, information and support to local Programme and Service Transformation/PCN Development Managers and colleagues within both the South and Mid Notts Place Based Partnerships.

To prepare and present project and programme related reports as part of building the Integrated Neighbourhood Working model and Teams which includes documentation on a range of issues relevant to the success of the programme. This will include, working with colleagues in the Community Services Transformation Team / Organisational Development Leads team to support the Local Design Teams, Steering Groups, Financial Management groups, communication and engagement events and workshops in each Place Based Partnership where necessary.
