An opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker to join Newgate Community Nursing Team who provide a high standard of care to patients in Worksop and the surrounding area's.

Main duties of the job

Do you want to be part of an Integrated Care Team providing high quality care to patients in the Worksop area?

If so please apply as we have a vacancy for a Band 3 Community Support Worker.

You will work under the direction of qualified District and Community Nurses to be part of a team to deliver nursing interventions to people in their own homes and Residential Homes.

The roles require individuals to have good communication skills to ensure close working relationships with acute care services, Community care teams, General Practitioners, Social Care teams and other multidisciplinary teams.

We will provide you with a structured induction and training period to ensure you have the opportunity to develop new skills and competence.
