As part of the ICAT team you will deliver best practice within relevant legal/national frameworks and pathways. Managerial supervision is offered on a monthly basis and you will seek clinical supervision from a professional outside of the team. You will be expected to provide oversight and guidance to junior staff within the team.

You will be committed to providing high quality care and undertake evidence-based practice consistent with the Trust's values.
