Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with Adult Mental Health (AMH). As Service Manager for Mental Health Community Services for Nottingham County South you will ensure that effective and safe service provision is achieved through good governance processes. You will be expected to monitor performance, liaise and communicate with relevant partners and stakeholders to support business development opportunities for the AMH directorate.
Main duties of the job
It is a high profile and challenging role, which will require the skills of a confident, inspirational and dynamic manager. You will need to be motivated and enthusiastic and be able to effectively lead the services and promote both its business and clinical strategy with the wider healthcare team and other key stakeholders. You will be able to lead a diverse and multi-disciplinary team of professionals and ensure that the services deliver the highest possible standards of care.
The portfolio for this role includes support for a range of Local Mental Health teams services within the County South locality and the Transitions roles.
