We have an exciting opportunity to appoint 2 experienced Personal Assistants to work within our IDD services based at Fern House, Highbury Hospital, Nottingham supporting our Senior Management Team
1 x PA will support our Operational Manager for Inpatients and IDD Day services and 1 X PA to support our Operational Manager for IDD Community Services and Prescribed Services.
This is a varied role which requires organisational and analytical skills, initiative and time management skills. The role requires a widely experienced PA with the ability to provide an excellent, confidential, and efficient service.
Main duties of the job
This role requires significant organisational skills, initiative, time management skills and personal credibility. The role requires a Personal Assistant with the ability to provide an excellent, confidential and efficient service.
Applicants should have excellent and proven organisational skills, have the ability to manage their own workload, use their own initiative and form positive working relationships with other admin staff/PAs across the division to ensure the needs of the senior management team are met. Effective problem-solving skills are therefore key to this role.

- Typing/word processing qualification to RSA/OCR III standard or equivalent skill level
- Knowledge of a full range of Business & Administration procedures acquired through NVQ Level 3 or significant practical experience of working to senior management, which will include complex diary management and decision making Desirable crit
