Job summary
Hosted by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, the post forms part of the national Skills Development Network team. An administrative role responsible for supporting the SDN team in providing digital marketing support for the East Midlands SDN and the Midlands Digital SDN.
This post is home based with the occasional requirement for travel within the Midlands.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will become fully conversant and competent in offering digital marketing support within the Skills Development Network (SDN) team which is hosted by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Training will involve working alongside the staff within the different areas of the network, working under remote supervision.
The successful candidate will be completing the Digital Marketeer Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Job responsibilities
- Under supervision, assist with updating social platforms ie Twitter and LinkedIn with relevant content.
- Create and send out events emailers advertising courses and other relevant information
- Produce various monthly data reports and dashboards
- Keep the Midlands section of the SDN up to date and create new content to upload
- Assist with creating newsletters, year-end reports etc
- Monitor the Digital Learning Solutions platform authorising users and creating new content for Midlands users as and when necessary
- Deal with email and telephone calls and enquiries and direct them to the relevant team member if necessary
- During busy periods or during periods of staff leave/absence, assist with the admin in respect of all SDN programmes which will include booking venues, liaising with facilitators and delegates, preparing events for booking onto the website and requesting feedback.
- To undertake an annual appraisal to identify any necessary personal development required to meet the objectives of the Team, and to further develop the post-holders skills and role.
- The post-holder will be required to undertake essential training as and when required.
- Cover other admin duties within the team as necessary.
