Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity in the Radiology Department for three enthusiastic Band 3 HCAs who are looking to work in a varied and fast paced environment with direct patient contact.
In this role, you will work closely with Radiologists, Nurses, and Radiographers, becoming part of a dedicated team committed to supporting patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures at Bridgwater Hospital. You will play an essential role in ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and high quality care throughout their Radiology journey.

Successful candidates will receive full training to support the running of CT and MRI and escort patients to and from the department. This is a varied role that includes weekend work, and weekday shifts.
Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively within the department. Additional skills such as cannulation and venepuncture are desirable and will be considered an advantage. The role also requires the physical ability to move around the hospital environment while assisting patients.
