Job summary

The Adult Speech and Language Therapy Team is looking for a part time administrative assistant to join a friendly admin team in Chard.

The admin team oversee all the administrative functions that support the smooth and efficient running of the Somerset Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service

This is a part time post that offers a flexible working pattern.

The base is advertised as Chard but a Burnham base could be considered.

Main duties of the job

Duties include supporting the team in an administrative capacity: managing referrals to the service and booking routine appointments; dealing with all correspondence, answering telephones, diary management, maintaining and managing other data collection systems as required, arranging meetings, minute taking, and typing a wide range of documents.
