Job summary
Join our exciting department delivering a wide range of cardiac diagnostic tests, a fast paced PCI and CRM service ensure role diversity and chance to work as a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Support to develop in role and gain/maintain accreditations is provided.
Opportunity to participate in service development through research, audit and QI projects.
Delivering supportive training for trainees and junior staff members to ensure sustainability for our service in the future.
Main duties of the job
Performing and interpreting complex invasive cardiovascular investigations, interventions, and long-term device monitoring services for elective, urgent, and emergency patients ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Lead on service improvement, contribute to research and development, and provide specialist training and supervision to junior colleagues. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, clinical expertise, and decision-making responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care
Participation in the on-call rota for the Cath Lab.
