Main duties of the job

At Yeovil District Hospital we have a 23 bed inpatient ward, a 8 cot Special Care baby unit (SCBU) and we provide Paediatric outpatient clinics which are run as a mixture of face to face, video and telephone.

As a Paediatric Dietitian you will provide inpatient cover to the paediatric wards and offer outpatient services to infants and children at Yeovil District Hospital for faltering growth, eating disorders, diabetes, food allergies, preterm infants (SCBU) and restrictive diets. We are also an integral part of MDTs within the Organisation. We have an excellent reputation within and outside the trust and we have exciting plans to expand our paediatric service in the future.
