Job summary
We are seeking to recruit an experienced senior PA who has a passion for planning, organising and streamlining processes and high level administrator experience to work within the Care Team and Trust Management Department. This is a part time role.
You'll provide comprehensive senior personal assistant support to the Deputy Chief Nurse.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will act as a trusted liaison between Directors, internal teams, and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality administrative support while anticipating needs and proactively solving problems.

The vacancy is part-time, 25 hours per week.Main duties of the job
Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Inbox management for your Director
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
Taking comprehensive and accurate minutes at executive level meetings
Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
