This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a recognised qualification, with the possibility of progression at the end of the successful completion of the apprenticeship. The duration of the course will be between 18-24 months.

Main duties of the job
You will work as part of the administrative team, providing comprehensive administrative support to the Tissue Viability Service.
What you'll do -
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and service users in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and develop new skills through structured training and on-the-job experience
Key Responsibilities -
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the service, including monitoring and managing the team inbox
- Arranging, coordinating, and organising meetings
- Managing correspondence, diaries, and documents
- Maintaining systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Handling telephone enquiries from service users and colleagues professionally
- Ordering supplies as required and carrying out regular stock checks
- Organising and prioritising own workload effectively
- Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Working closely with clinical team members to deliver a coordinated service across the Trust
- Adhering to Somerset NHS Foundation Trust values and core standards while delivering a high-quality service to colleagues and service users
- Working flexibly across Community and Acute-based teams, as required
