Main duties of the job
- Provide practical and therapeutic interventions to children and young people under supervision.
- Support parents and carers individually or in groups for specific clinical needs (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Conditions).
- Contribute to assessments and care planning alongside qualified clinicians.
- Gather and share relevant information with care coordinators to support wellbeing.
- Facilitate referrals to other agencies when appropriate.
- Participate in safeguarding and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with Trust policies and mandatory training.
