Job summary
Are you passionate about improving patient and carer experiences? We're looking for a Patient Engagement and Involvement Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Patient Engagement team. This role is key to ensuring patients and carers feel listened to and involved in shaping our services.
You'll work on exciting projects such as real-time patient feedback, service user involvement initiatives, and supporting tools like the Friends and Family Test and Care Opinion. If you're creative, organised, and confident in communication, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a part time position working 30 hours per week. We are open to discussion about how the hours are split over the week.
Main duties of the job
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Support patient feedback activities and involvement projects.
- Coordinate and manage patient experience surveys.
- Analyse feedback for themes and trends and share insights with teams.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and meeting documentation.
- Outreach to wards and teams to gather feedback and promote learning.
