We're looking for an experienced Clinical Improvement and Transformation Manager to lead and support transformation initiatives across the South West's Elective, Mental Health, and Urgent & Emergency Care Learning and Improvement Networks (LINs).
This is a fixed-term role until the 31st March 2027 to support a time-limited programme. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with at least 2 days in the office. There will be an expectation to travel across the South West region, as required.
Main duties of the job
- Leading the design and delivery of impactful clinical transformation and improvement programmes as part of the LINs' programme.
- Programme management of the South West Learning and Improvement Networks (LINs).
- Applying quality improvement methodologies like Lean, GIRFT, and PDSA to reduce variation and enhance care quality.
- Building strong and effective relationships with systems' Clinical and Operational Leads, and regional stakeholders.
- Championing innovation, best practice, and benchmarking across systems.
- Supporting the development of systems to measure and evaluate improvement outcomes.

- Project Management qualifications such as APM, PMI, PRINCE 2, AGILE
