Job summary
As a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Clinical), you will provide evidence based low-intensity CBT interventions to our patients with low mood and anxiety through a variety of deliveries. You will work closely with a team of equivalent senior PWP's and the PWP Lead in delivering case management and clinical skills supervision across all localities. You will work with the team in monitoring clinical activity and productivity at step 2, incorporating evaluation and audit where needed. You will work alongside senior colleagues to contribute to service development initiatives.
We have a strong supervision model that provides weekly, case management supervision, monthly clinical skills supervision and monthly line management. You will be joining a service which values PWP development and wellbeing, and provides opportunities to develop your skills, explore areas of specialised interest and opportunities to progress in your career.
Main duties of the job
Provide evidence based, high-volume, low-intensity psychological assessments and treatments, via telephone, online, face to face or group intervention
To provide case management and clinical skills supervision to PWP's
To provide Supervision of Supervision to other PWP supervisors
To lead on groups and webinar provision and oversee community and outreach initiatives at step 2.
To work alongside the Senior Management Team to implement new service developments and initiatives
