Project Support Officer Clinical Accreditation

Job summary
The post holder will support the development, roll out and maintenance of Clinical Accreditation across the Trust. They will work closely with the Senior Nurse for Clinical Effectiveness to provide project support, administrative leadership and stakeholder engagement for the project.
The post holder will be responsible for their own workload, including having responsibility for coordinating project tasks, updating project documentation and dealing with project stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing and analysing project data, and generating reports.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to adhere to the organisation's standards of customer care. The post holder is required to courteously and efficiently receive enquiries, communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels across organisation, either by telephone, email or receiving visitors in person, in a tactful and sensitive manner, respecting confidentiality at all times.
