There is an expectation that hours are worked flexibly over a rota basis which does include nights and weekends. Main duties of the job

We are looking for compassionate and motivated nurses who are committed to delivering the highest standards of evidence-based, patient-centred care. In this role, you will not only provide excellent care but also develop the specialist practical skills needed within this field, always reflecting our core philosophy of putting patients first.

Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, you'll play an active role in ensuring patients and their families are involved in their care. By using the Trust's patient and public involvement strategy, you will help us deliver care that is truly collaborative, respectful, and empowering.

For experienced Band 5 nurses, this role also offers the opportunity to take on clinical and managerial leadership in the absence of senior staff--supporting and guiding colleagues to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care for every patient.
