Collaborative Digital Contract Manager

Job summary

We're looking for an experienced Collaborative Digital Contracts Manager to lead the commercial delivery of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) Programme -- Healthset, an innovative initiative uniting digital health systems across Somerset and Dorset.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a unified EHR system that will transform care across acute hospitals, mental health, learning disabilities, and community services. You'll ensure consistent contract governance, maximise value for money, manage risk, and align procurement activity with strategic goals.

Main duties of the job

*Leading the development, finalisation, and oversight of the EHR Collaborative Contract.

*Acting as the key commercial liaison between the Lead Authority, partner Trusts, and suppliers.

*Managing supplier performance, change control, renewals, and exit strategies.

*Supporting Trust Procurement leads in rationalising existing contracts in line with EHR implementation.

*Ensuring compliance with public procurement law, NHS frameworks, and cyber security standards.

*Developing robust KPIs, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

*Building effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across organisational boundaries.
