Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Respiratory and Neurophysiology team as a Senior Appointments Administrator. Based at County Hall, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring that Outpatient appointments for designated services are scheduled accurately and within required timeframes. This role is integral to the delivery of efficient and patient-focused care.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including booking and monitoring of outpatient appointments, management of patient referrals, supervision of the Outpatient Appointments Administrator in the Outpatient Appointments Supervisors absence, waiting list validation, clinic utilisation, quality customer care, and dealing with telephone enquiries from internal and external sources.
