Are you an organised, motivated administrator with a passion for supporting children and young people's mental health services? We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to provide dedicated access to work support for the Team Manager of the CAMHS West team.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the operational side of a dynamic and supportive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, contributing to the coordination and improvement of service delivery. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the team while gaining broad exposure to professionals and services across management levels.

Main duties of the job
Provide dedicated administrative support to the Team Manager, including diary management, email correspondence, minute taking, and meeting coordination.
Review referrals, track and monitor outcomes, and support improvements in service processes.
Maintain and update the Electronic Patient Record system (RiO), ensuring accurate recording of referrals, appointments, and clinical data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation (often of a confidential and sensitive nature).
Act as a point of liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders including education, social care, voluntary sector organisations, and health professionals.
Assist with administrative tasks related to staff and service management and access to work arrangements.
Support the planning and coordination of meetings and clinical activity.
Manage, prioritise and adapt workload in response to service needs and clinical urgency.
