This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive team where you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Consultant Psychiatrist and wider medical team.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure systems (including RiO) are kept up to date.

  • Arrange and support recruitment, induction, appraisals, and supervision within the administration team.

  • Act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners including GP practices and social services.

  • Use initiative to independently manage workload, prioritise tasks, and resolve administrative issues as they arise.
