Job summary

An exciting opportunity to join the YDH Therapy Team as a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist. The post requires a graduate level state-registered Physiotherapist with relevant clinical experience

Main duties of the job

Provide evidence-based physiotherapy in the clinical areas as part of a 7 day service

Provide clinical support, guidance and supervision for students, apprentices and Rehabilitation Assistants working within the Team

Play an active role in the development of students and Rehabilitation Assistants alongside senior clinical staff

Provide advice regarding the rehabilitation management of patients to families, carers and other members of the MDT

Have a broad understanding of Physiotherapy specialities and of wider departmental and / or professional issues

Partake in weekend working, respiratory on-call duties and other clinical extended hours services and rotations require
