Job summary
If you fancy dipping your toe in the water as a Community Rehab Physio we are looking for an experienced Community Physiotherapist for a fixed term or secondment opportunity to cover a maternity leave in the Taunton and West Somerset area.
The Community Rehabilitation Service focus is to provide rehabilitation support to patients within their own communities to achieve what is important to them.
We enable our patients to regain lost skills, increase their levels of independence and wellbeing and to empower and equip them to make lasting changes for their future.
We give them support, guidance and tools to help them to achieve their goals and encourage them to contribute to decisions about their treatment.
We are a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, B4 and B3 Rehab support staff and a Pharmacy Tech and work closely alongside other community and voluntary sector services.
