Job summary

The Community Rehabilitation Service in Taunton and West Somerset is looking for a dynamic B6 Physiotherapist to work as part of it's therapy team. Our focus is to provide rehabilitation support to patients within their own communities to achieve what is important to them.

We enable our patients to regain lost skills, increase their levels of independence and wellbeing and to empower and equip them to make lasting changes for their future.

We give them support, guidance and tools to help them to achieve their goals and encourage them to contribute to decisions about their treatment.

We are a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, B4 and B3 Rehab support staff and a Pharmacy Tech and work closely alongside other community and voluntary sector services.
