We are looking for staff who are confident, approachable and sensitive to the issues faced by people who are in the acute and challenging phase of their journey towards recovery.
You will be a good communicator, able to demonstrate empathy, be non-judgemental, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. You will enjoy talking and listening to people and have the patience to spend time with service users to discuss their care and assist them with their daily needs.
We can also offer payment for your bank shifts weekly! Bank Pay is an easy way to automatically get paid a percentage of the money you've already earned from any bank shifts completed the previous week. It means you don't have to wait until the end of the month for your bank shift pay, giving you more flexibility.

Main duties of the job
The post holder is a key member of the in-patient multi-disciplinary team, working within a recovery focused service.There is a need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. Personal and professional development is a requirement of the post and will be supported through internal training opportunities.The post holder is required to be flexible in order to meet the needs of the Trust.
