We are seeking to recruit a permanent part time 22.5 hrs a week Band 3 Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Children Looked After team .
You will have a degree of resilience and be able to work well under pressure , though full support is given through supervision .
You will be part of a team that manage the workstreams in relation to children where adoption is been considered as part of permanency planning.
Previous administration experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages is essential.
You will have an opportunity to negotiate a flexible and agile working pattern with working hours between Monday to Friday 9/5.
You will have a thorough induction period and will be encouraged and supported to further develop within your role.

Main duties of the job
Support the input and populate databases for children being discussed at Agency Decision Making meeting.
Support the team to manage the Adoption Databases and Adoption duty email inbox.
Support the management of RIO electronic health records post Adoption.
To manage allocated workstreams and make daily decisions dealing with issues as they arise.
To make decisions and take actions within the team relating to routine enquiries, whilst receiving support and supervision from the Band 4 Administrator and CLA Nurse team.
Assist the inclusion of data gathering that ensure the effective management of the CLA service functions in relation to Adoption.
Ensure the provision of consistent, efficient and timely secretarial and administrative service to members of the CLA Team. This will include audio and copy typing of correspondence.
Other general office duties such as, electronic filing, circulation, tracking of records, printing, answering telephone.
Ensure all incoming communication is dealt with efficiently, effectively and confidentially.
Work alongside the Band 4 Administrator to prepare information for completion of the Initial Health Assessment completed by Paediatrician, and to type and distribute the report once dictated
Have a comprehensive understanding of ,Trust information systems EPRO, MAXIMS, RIO, LCS, TRAK ,Care Plus, the NHS Spine, Egress, SIDeR
