Job summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our dynamic and supportive SWISH team. Under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
This is a countywide role that involves travel across Somerset to various service hubs and outreach sites. You will be required to work flexible hours, which may include some evening and weekend shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this position. There may also be opportunities to support vaccine-related developments in the future.
Main duties of the job
Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous but all necessary skills training, professional updates and mandatory training as appropriate to the post will be provided.Full details of duties can be found in the job description.There will be an expectation of a flexible approach to shifts patterns with a commitment to participate in the on call service after appropriate training.Please be advised - this vacancy may close early if we reach a sufficient amount of applications.
